Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Emma values connection, collaboration, and community, principles that guide both her personal and professional life. During law school, she gained diverse experience through Northeastern University School of Law’s cooperative education program, working with the Utah Supreme Court, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah, and Fogelman Law, an employment law firm in Massachusetts. She also conducted policy research with Friends of Great Salt Lake, exploring the intersection between environmental and community well-being.

Emma earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where she served as a Senior Editor for the Northeastern University Law Review and President of the Environmental Law Society. She holds a B.A. in History, with minors in Classics and Anthropology, from the University of Utah.

Outside of her legal practice, Emma finds balance and joy in the outdoors. She’s an avid rock climber, hiker, and camper who loves exploring new landscapes and challenging herself both physically and mentally—a spirit she carries into her work as an advocate and problem-solver.
